Whew, neem has very little in the way of “scientific” backed data on its effectiveness for hair, but it does have a well documented history in fighting fevers, skin diseases, and inflammations throughout Indian and Ayurvedic history.

Neem is rich in vitamin E, fatty acids, limonoids, triglycerides, calcium, and antioxidants, so it delivers these straight to your hair and scalp. This results in a healthier scalp, reducing dandruff, dryness, and itchiness.

How to use:

Mix equal part of treatment bar to hot/boiling water. Mix together until it creates a paste and realize this will take some time and maybe even make a mess. You can also, mix it with equal part water in a bowl and melt in the microwave. Stir together and mix the paste.

Apply to hair, and let sit for 20 minutes, with plastic shower cap if you have one or the spare plastic bag you have floating around.

Rinse, and revel in the softness of your hair.
